Your First Visit

1. After being greeted by a warm smile and a hearty hello you will complete the initial paperwork. This may take 10-20 minutes to fill-out and is vital for Dr. Bara to begin to get to know you. To save time, please download the first visit forms from the sidebar on the right or from this link.

Tip: If you have already scheduled your first visit, you are welcome to download the complete set of "First Visit" Forms. You may fill them out in advance, then simply bring them with you on the day of your appointment. They can be downloaded from the column on the right side of this page.

2. Next, Dr. Bara will listen to your needs, wants, and desires. and ask any pertinent questions to best understand you.

3. A 3 part exam is next.

Your muscle tension is shown by a Semg computer scan. This computer scan shows electrical activity in your spinal muscles. High electrical activity correlates to high muscle tension, poor ability to handle stress and less energy. This picture is a good benchmark to show improvements.

Your posture is digitally analyzed. Posture and function are intimately related. Poor posture can equal poor health and poor emotions. This picture is a good benchmark to demonstrate improvements.

The last part is hands on. Dr. Bara will palpate (touch) your back and neck to get a feel for what is going on. He also performs any necessary orthopedic and neurologic evaluations.

4. And now we get to work. A Network Adjustment (a.k.a. Entrainment) is the last part of the first visit. This low force adjustment cues the brain to make changes in the muscles, bones, and nervous system.

The initial visit cost is $115. Your out of pocket may vary depending on insurance.
