Your First Visit
- The first step is completing the initial paperwork. This can be done either online by clicking here or downloading the paperwork (click here) and bringing in the completed copy with you.
- The next step is showing up for your appointment. Please keep in mind your appointment is a one to one with Dr. Bara so please arrive 5 minutes before your designated time. If you need directions click here.
- When you arrive you will be greeted by a warm smile and a hearty hello. Kay, The Director of Wonderful, will collect the initial paperwork, copy your insurance card and go over the fees.
- Next, Dr. Bara will listen and perform the initial evaluation. This is your chance to discuss what is going on for you.
- The exam is next. Dr. Bara will look for your muscle tension, posture abnormalities and hidden dangers such as subluxations.
This is performed by a hands on evaluaion and through the use of digital equipment. Dr. Bara also performs necessary orthopedic and neurologic evaluations. - Now we get to work. Your first treatment, a Network Adjustment (a.k.a. Entrainment) is sone to help you on the healing path. Also, this will give Dr. Bara information about your body and what is the best course for treatment.
The initial visit cost is $115. Your co-pay depends on your insurance benefits.
Dr. Bara is a preferred provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna and more. To determine if Dr. Bara accepts your insurance please call the office at 205-879-5799. We electronically file with most insurance companies for you.
