Recently, I was fortunate to interview Kenny Camp, owner of Organic Harvest about what's the best produce to eat and the different ratings for produce. If you haven't met Kenny yet, I encourage you to stop by and talk to him about produce, food and everything organic. (No, he's not paying me to write this) He really is a font of knowledge.

Did you know anyone can slap an all natural tag on a product? There is no regulation for the term "All Natural". Also, conventional produce often times has pesticides that are not even water soluble? That means with out special cleaners, your household sink water will not get the chemicals off.

Besides the fact that to be "Organic" produce, the grower must follow strict standards with chemicals, and the soil must be rotated in just the right way, there is another big reason to eat organic. MINERALS.

If you have ever bitten into a fresh, organic tomato, you'll notice right away the flavor takes over your mouth. Conversely, often times the conventional produce tastes flat. The diffefence is the amount of sugar to minerals in the fruit/vegetable. Organic produce is higher in minerals, which is not only good for you but tastes better, too. Conventional produce is higher in sugar, thus needing more pesticides because they attract more bugs.

Anita is a dream to have as a chiropractic pracitce member. From day one she new what she wanted, to feel less tense and more relaxed. Her measuring stick? Co-workers and clients. Seems Anita noticed feeling jumpy at work and so did everyone else. When you're the "cruise director" for an assisted living facility, patience is a must so all can have a good time.

After only a few weeks of care, Anita commented, "I feel a lot less stressed. I am able to deal with daily issues. I love life now."

What makes this story even better is her relaxtion came during the holiday season. A time when most people are revving up, Anita was chilling out, and her clients and co-workers were the one letting her know, too.

Are her results strange and out of the ordinary for a chiropractic office? Not at all. Stress and tension can do all kind of nasty things to ones body and mind. In Anita's case, the tension that built up in her nervous system and body started to wear on her until life's little things sounded as loud as a boom band playing around her all the time.

The chiropractic care helped improve the communication through her nervous system, allowing her posture to improve, and allowing constant pain in her neck, shoulders and midback to diminish. These kind of results are common but not everyone does as well as Anita.

Why is Anita so succesful? She showed up. What makes Anita a dream patient is her willingness to play full out in the office and followed the at home instructions.

I hope to hear or see you soon.
