Kill The Sweet Cravings
Monday, January 17, 2011 at 05:28PM Many of you have sweet cravings that can get in the way. If you want to lose weight or be healthier, you'll need to knock out the sweet cravings. I agree, Its very true that cravings come many times from nutrient defficiency. I think the best solution is to eat a healthy balance of whole foods in order to get your nutrients there. This will not only help curve future cravings, but will also fill you up, help keep you from eating junk, train your palate, all the digestive benefits of fibre, plus it trains us to turn to food for help and not see it as a culprit. And when I have a chocolate craving, I go for it! Raw cacoa is so healthy!
